Results: Our client had 25 newly refurbished empty offices to fill with monthly paying tenants. With a tight monthly ad spend budget, we created an area-focused campaign that has led to a 90% occupancy rate across 9 months. 

Results:During the first two months of our client's PPC campaign management, we were able to double the amount of monthly leads received. We also engineered a large decrease in their Cost Per Click, dropping by 30p per click.

Results: In the first month of management, we delivered 118 enquiries, more than 3 times the targets discussed with our client. In its first full 10 months, the account delivered 1,011 enquiries from our paid ads on Google campaigns.
